1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aamdhani mobile application and website (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Aamdhani Technologies Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of India
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during sign-up
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account with any other person or create multiple accounts

4. Services Provided

Aamdhani provides the following services to content creators:

4.1 Cash Flow Management

Invoice creation, tracking, and management tools to help you manage payments from brand deals and other sources of income.

4.2 Early Payment Facility

Request early payouts on confirmed brand deal payments, subject to eligibility, verification, and applicable fees. Early payment approvals are at our sole discretion.

4.3 Investment Services

Access to bond and fixed deposit investment opportunities facilitated through our SEBI-regulated partner platforms. Aamdhani acts as a facilitator and does not directly manage investments. All investments are subject to market risks.

5. KYC and Regulatory Compliance

As mandated by Indian financial regulations (RBI, SEBI, and applicable laws), you may be required to complete KYC verification before accessing certain features, including investments and early payment facilities. You agree to:

  • Provide valid identity and address proof documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.)
  • Consent to verification of your identity through authorized channels
  • Update your KYC information promptly if there are any changes

6. Fees and Charges

Certain Services may be subject to fees. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you confirm a transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice. Continued use of the Services after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or fabricated invoices or brand deal information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Services without our prior written consent
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Services are the property of Aamdhani Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Services without our prior written consent.

9. Investment Disclaimer

Investments in bonds and fixed deposits are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.

  • Past performance is not indicative of future results
  • Aamdhani does not guarantee any returns on investments
  • Investment services are facilitated through our SEBI-regulated partner platforms; Aamdhani is not a registered investment advisor
  • You are solely responsible for your investment decisions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Aamdhani and Aamdhani Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services
  • Any losses arising from investment decisions made through the platform
  • Delays in payment processing due to third-party banking systems
  • Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aamdhani Technologies Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
  • Any pending transactions may be cancelled or completed at our discretion
  • We will comply with applicable laws regarding retention and deletion of your data

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. We encourage you to first contact us at support@aamdhani.com to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before pursuing legal remedies.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and app. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
